1. Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be completely unused and unopened
  • Have original seals, labels, and packaging fully intact
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit. KAYVOR is not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our support team can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, certain items are strictly not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or has broken seals
  • Supplements, vitamins, and consumable health products once opened
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Items showing any signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
  • Products with tampered or missing safety seals
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item or variant, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible under this policy) and placing a new order separately.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The product must be completely unused and unopened
  • All original seals, packaging, and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that this right does not apply to health and hygiene products whose seals have been broken after delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees may be deducted from your refund where applicable
  • Currency exchange differences are not covered by KAYVOR

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as KAYVOR cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages and is not liable for items lost in transit.
