Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

3. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
KAYVOR is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Please ensure your country's regulations allow the import of health and wellness products before placing your order. KAYVOR is not responsible for packages seized or detained by customs due to local import restrictions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
KAYVOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes resulting in a returned or seized package does not qualify for a refund of the original order.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
KAYVOR is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
7. Shipping Origin
To offer competitive pricing and access to exclusive health and wellness products, some items may be shipped directly from our international warehouses and fulfillment partners.
As a result, shipping times may be longer than domestic shipping services.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
KAYVOR is not responsible for health products that deteriorate or expire as a result of delivery delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
